Booking Policy
Everything you need to know before your visit to Santara Thai Wellness
1. Appointment
All treatments are by appointment only to preserve a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for every client. Appointments may be made via our website, by text, or by phone call. We kindly recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained.
3. No-Shows
In the event of a missed appointment without notice, full payment of the treatment price will be required before a new appointment can be scheduled.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes before scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time to avoid affecting the next guests experience
