Booking Policy
Appointments
All treatments are by appointment only to preserve a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for every client. Appointments may be made via our website, by text, or by phone call. We kindly recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained.
No-Shows
In the event of a missed appointment without notice, full payment of the treatment price will be required before a new appointment can be scheduled.
Health and Medical Conditions
Health & Wellbeing
For your comfort and safety, please let your therapist know about any health concerns, medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session. This helps us personalise your treatment with the utmost care.
Wellness Considerations
If you’re experiencing a contagious illness or skin condition, we may kindly reschedule your appointment to ensure the wellbeing of both you and our other guests.
Prenatal Care
For expectant mothers, we provide nurturing prenatal massage from 16 weeks onwards. For safety reasons, we are unable to offer massage during the first trimester.
Professional Boundaries / Respectful Space​
We strive to provide a safe, professional, and nurturing environment for every guest. Inappropriate behaviour or comments will not be tolerated. Should this occur, the session will end immediately, and the full fee will still apply.

Mobile Phone Policy
Please switch off or put your phone on silent mode during your treatment to ensure a relaxing environment for yourself and others.

Children in the Spa
